Craig Schoppe, founder and principal of Eastbay
Co. Inc. and KitchenWorks, has an extensive background in the visual
arts as well as in the building and cabinetmaking trades. A graduate
of a prestigious Massachusetts art school, class of '69, and a teacher
of fine art for several years there after, Craig has built houses,
barns, and other residential structures, along with many of their
furnishings. For more than two decades, Craig has designed and brought
to fruition hundreds of kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, etc. for private
residences. Craig has also designed spaces for public buildings in
Maine towns including Bar Harbor, Castine, and Winter Harbor.
